Preacher of Islam: Hazrat Maulana Muhammad Kaleem Siddiqui
Hazrat Maulana Muhammad Kaleem Siddiqui is a great preacher of Islam. Almost five lac people have demonstrated allegiance to him and embraced Islam. His famous book ‘Naseem e Hidayat Kay Jhonkay’ is worth reading.
Due to very insistence and relations of the family of a modest and matchless servant of religion to my spiritual leader(May his soul rest in peace) Hazrat Abul Barkat (R.A), I visited Indour despite of my habit of not attending the Convoke, and positively delivered a speech to huge crowd on the topic ,”My Allah is watching me”. In order to perform every work for the sake of Allah and His pleasure and to love Allah and his beloved Prophet (PBUH) in the darkness of superstitions and heresy.
In the name of love with Holy Prophet (PBUH) and his family, I talked about the daughters of Holy Prophet (PBUH) and got happy that I couldn’t lighten the darkness but the Merciful got me talked about light in the darkness. After Convoke, there was a young man at the residence having small beard, fascinating face and wheatish complexion. He said,” Hazrat! My name is salman and I embraced Islam on your hand last year and became your disciple as well and brother Yusuf to whom you asked to recite یَاہَادِیُ یَارَحِیْمُ ‘Ya Haadio-Ya Raheem’ 100 times daily and he embraced Islam. He told us to recite یَاہَادِیُ یَارَحِیْمُ ‘Ya Haadio-Ya Raheem’ and we six persons who recited this, embraced Islam. And you delivered a speech that Allah looks at a person with love who does his all works in the way as the Holy Prophet (PBUH) performed (i.e. sunnah). Also you forbade me to leave home. My all family members are Hindu and I cannot do many works in the way of Sunnah so my home is like a hell for me. Hazrat! Today, I won’t go home. I will spend my life with Sunnah in any forest.
This humble person (i.e. me) said, “Son, preaching is the greatest Sunnah of our beloved Prophet (PBUH), you are living in home for a great sunnah and for this you can’t act upon some little sunnahs but you are the follower of sunnah”. The crowd was huge therefore he went away.
Next day my beloved Syed Iqbal Jafri, Who is my relative as well as my childhood friend, arranged a journey to Maanddu in view of my desire. The young man came very early in the morning and stood in front of my vehicle. He got the window opened, gripped my hand and said,” I am your disciple, I have to take four prayers from you. If you won’t pray I will lie in front of vehicle, you have to pray now and at every special time”. I replied, “There is need to force a lot, it’s your right; tell me what prayers do you want?”
He said, “Firstly pray that May Allah bestow me Eimaan like Hazrat Abu Bakar (R.A), secondly pray that May Allah bestow me the love of Holy Prophet (PBUH) as He bestowed on Hazrat Abu Bakar (R.A) and third prayer which you have to pray is that May Allah make me a great scholar of religion and most of all fourth one is that May Allah take the service of religion from me at least equal to you.” And after that he started weeping. He asked me to promise that I would pray all these four things for him since then and at every auspicious time. I promised, I was tired and was ill but I became fresh after listening the enviable desires of that young man and still I feel that in this city of Indour which is considered as the centre of superstitions and heresy, Allah the Guider and the Merciful is showing the splendid models of His blessings and guidance. Neither the Youngman has completed the steps of spiritual progressive powers and nor he has studied Islam so far. But his keen, spirit and zeal is enviable. This young blood will put a life in the dead blood of nation.
